De Gruyter Brill (previously named De Gruyter University Press) publishes 2,000+ books and 18,000+ journal articles every year across 29 subject areas. De Gruyter Brill offers 80+ databases and online reference works and includes the 2024 Harvard University and University of Hawaii eBook collections. On April 3rd, 2025, De Gruyter and Brill launched a new combined platform, which brought together products from both publishers. 

These collections feature a range of scholarly works across various disciplines, including humanities, social sciences, and natural sciences. These collections provide access to the latest research and publications from esteemed university presses, supporting academic research and scholarly inquiry. You may need to take additional steps to gain full access to De Gruyter Brill after going through the Libraries' website: 

  • Select the Manage Access dropdown menu in the top right corner, then Add institutional access.
  • Select Access through your institution and search for Georgia Southern University. You can opt for the site to remember your institution with the checkbox. 
  • Select Georgia Southern University from the list of selections below the checkbox.
